Mtsi Va is seeking a highly experienced electrical engineer with DoD program expertise to support sustaining engineering of aerospace systems. The role requires an MSEE with ABET accreditation or a BSEE with extensive industry experience and an active Top Secret clearance.

The successful candidate will independently apply engineering principles, lead hardware/software design efforts, contribute to systems engineering tasks, coordinate with government and industry partners, identify risks, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from an ABET-accredited school; 10+ years of EE industry/government experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited school; 18+ years of EE industry experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI and SAP access.

Responsabilités

• Apply DoD engineering principles and processes to improve performance and sustainability of current and future AF and joint-service weapon systems.
• Provide technical leadership across complex hardware and software design efforts.
• Contribute to systems engineering tasks including requirements management and test/evaluation.
• Coordinate across government leadership, development teams, vendors, and users to ensure solutions align with mission needs and resources.
• Identify and communicate project and system risks.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation for the program.
