Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support B-2 SPO at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes hardware/software integration for avionics and subsystems, with a focus on DoD engineering processes and documentation updates.

The ideal candidate will have advanced degrees in EE, extensive defense experience, and a TS clearance. Travel up to 25% is anticipated to support program activity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from an ABET-accredited school with 10+ years of EE experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited school with 18+ years of EE experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD engineering principles to improve performance and sustainability of AF and joint-service weapon systems.
• Provide technical leadership across hardware and software design efforts.
• Support aircraft software and hardware development activities.
• Contribute to systems engineering tasks including requirements management and test/evaluation.
• Coordinate with government leadership, development teams, vendors, and users to align solutions with mission needs.
