Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA, a leading engineering partner, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of technical experience and at least 1 year in management to guide electrical teams on complex programs in the United States. U.S.

citizenship and eligibility for a DoD SECRET clearance are required. You will oversee design feasibility, perform reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and testing to deliver robust, compliant solutions for demanding

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of technical experience with 1 year of management experience.
Knowledge of military specs and IPC standards.
Ability to lead program technical execution and reviews.
Experience with mixed-signal circuit design using discrete components.
Strong communication and customer relationships.
U.S. citizen eligible for DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Provides guidance and leadership to Electrical Engineers.
Oversees electrical design feasibility, viability, and function through reviews.
Manages program execution with emphasis on electrical oversight.
Evaluates risk and uncertainty in requirements and designs.
Directs robust designs for ESD, EMI, and thermal environments.
Mentors junior engineers and supports manufacturing and testing.
Supports proposals and business development activities.
Provides technical support to customers.
