PMC is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our Nashville team. The role focuses on electrical design, coordination with clients and project teams, and producing detailed drawings and specifications for projects in various sectors.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license in the U.S., have 5+ years of related experience, and are proficient with Revit and MS Office. The position emphasizes self-management and collaborative client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered PE in a U.S. state.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and building codes.
• 5+ years of electrical design/engineering experience.
• Ability to lead tasks with minimal oversight.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsabilités

• Participates in weekly staff meetings and assists with planning.
• Prepares electrical conditions assessment reports and preliminary project descriptions.
• Coordinates with client, design teams, and project manager.
• Develops design approaches for electrical power, lighting, and systems.
• Produces detailed electrical drawings and specifications.
• Performs protective device coordination and short-circuit studies.
• Attends Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
• Reviews shop drawings and product data.
• Supports PMC University continuing education program.
