The ideal candidate will mentor junior team members, manage multiple projects, ensure NEC compliance, and work independently while upholding rigorous engineering standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 5+ years designing electrical systems for building projects (commercial, retail, industrial, institutional).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; EIT path considered with licensure trajectory.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Experience preparing construction documents, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and electrical design software such as SKM, EasyPower, ETAP, AGi32, Visual Lighting.

As we grow and expand, we have an immediate need for a Electrical Engineer to join our Nashville office. This person will be responsible for the electrical design and coordination of commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects from early concept through construction. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of leading design efforts independently while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial, retail, industrial, institutional, or similar building projects.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) candidates with a clear path toward licensure will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable building codes, and industry standards.
• Experience preparing construction documents, engineering calculations, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and electrical design software such as SKM, EasyPower, ETAP, AGi32, Visual Lighting
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound engineering judgment.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary building projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Experience mentoring junior staff or serving as a technical resource within an engineering team.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles, energy-efficient building systems, and applicable energy codes.
