Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical system design experience.
• Knowledge of IBC, NEC, and US design standards.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Experience working as part of a multi-discipline design team.
• Experience modeling electrical systems and performing short-circuit, protective-device coordination, and arc-flash studies using SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or similar software.
• Experience with AutoCAD/REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for power, lighting, load calculations and studies.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project teams.
• Develop project schedules and manage phases.
• Perform and manage detailed phases of professional work as part of a project team.
• Provide QA/QC throughout design and construction.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor junior engineers.
