Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead electrical design for data center and energy projects. You will work within a multi-discipline team and participate in planning, scheduling, and coordinating with other disciplines.

The role emphasizes strong technical and communication skills, leadership, and collaboration across offices to deliver high-quality projects. Hybrid schedule available in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Power engineering or related field.
• PE license in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design.
• Knowledge of IBC, NEC, and US design standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD/REVIT and electrical studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical designs.
• Develop outputs such as drawings, specs, calculations, studies, and reports.
• Prepare site plans, one-line diagrams, lighting and power plans, equipment schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, clients and design partners; mentor junior staff.
• Review QA/QC during design and construction.
