The Judge Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design of electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial building projects. This position offers a hybrid schedule with office on Wednesdays and remote work the rest of the week.

You will manage projects, mentor junior staff, perform QA/QC reviews, and collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical design experience.
• Experience designing MEP building systems for architectural clients.
• Strong QA/QC, project management, and team mentorship experience.
• Stable employment history with long-term growth
