Standard Bots is hiring a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to lead hardware for Bolt, our autonomous mobile base. You will own power, battery, and high‑current design, guiding mechanical and electrical teams from concept through safety certification and production.

The role requires deep experience with AMR safety certification, high‑current power architectures, and vendor integration, with hands‑on debugging and lab work in a Boston area office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) and 10+ years designing, building, and testing power systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Bolt hardware team: set electrical and mechanical architectures, plan prototype builds and test programs.
