Job summary

NextPlay Jobs is partnering with a manufacturer to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer for onsite work in Norton Shores, Michigan. You will own projects from concept through production, designing analog and digital circuits, creating PCB layouts, and validating prototypes.

The role offers a highly collaborative engineering environment with direct impact on product development and company growth. You will lead hardware development from concept to launch, working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of electrical hardware/product development experience.
• Strong analog and digital circuit design background.
• PCB layout experience with Altium preferred.
• Power electronics or switch-mode power supply experience.
• Hands-on bench testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Owns products from concept through production.

We\'re partnering with an innovative manufacturer that\'s developing cutting-edge products used in automation, robotics, industrial inspection, and machine vision. They\'re looking to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to their growing engineering team.

This is a true new product development opportunity where you\'ll own projects from concept through production, not just maintain existing products. This is onsite in Norton Shores, Michigan.

What You\'ll Do

• Design analog and digital circuits for new product development
