NextPlay Jobs is partnering with a manufacturer to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer for onsite work in Norton Shores, Michigan. You will own projects from concept through production, designing analog and digital circuits, creating PCB layouts, and validating prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of electrical hardware/product development experience.
• Strong analog and digital circuit design background.
• PCB layout experience with Altium preferred.
• Power electronics or switch-mode power supply experience.
• Hands-on bench testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Owns products from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital circuits for new product development.
• Create PCB schematics and layouts using Altium or similar CAD software.
• Build, test, debug, and validate prototype hardware.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex electrical designs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and test engineering teams.
• Support products from concept through production launch.
