• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Five years of related experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Supply Chain and Electrical Distribution Design and Planning depts to serve customer requests.
• Facilitate meetings with departments to ensure timely project releases.
• Negotiate with developers and explain policies affecting service requests.
• Develop and communicate department procedures to customers.
• Review cost estimates, work orders, and correspondence to members, builders and developers.
• Supervise office and customer-service staff to meet quality and deadlines.
• Establish budgets, priorities and performance metrics for the dept.
• Coordinate with government entities and transportation projects.
