Pedernales Electric Cooperative seeks an Electrical Distribution Design and Planning Manager in Austin, TX to lead the Supply Chain and the Electrical Distribution Design and Planning Departments. The role manages project flow, budgets, and cross-department collaboration to deliver timely service upgrades.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5 years of experience, 2 years of leadership, and a valid driver's license; starting base pay is $124,400 plus

• Five years of related experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Supply Chain and Electrical Distribution Design & Planning departments to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
• Facilitate meetings and workflows with other departments to ensure timely project releases.
• Negotiate with developers and explain policies affecting service requests.
• Develop and communicate department procedures to customers.
• Review cost estimates, work orders and correspondence.
• Oversee staff and provide guidance to resolve complex issues.
• Develop budgets and establish performance metrics.
