Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, required for Engineer of Record.
• Certifications (e.g., RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics, specs.
• Develop solutions for advanced engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers across teams.
• Support staffing, training, and technical strategy initiatives.
• Provide quality reviews to ensure standards and best practices are met.
