Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop electrical layouts for power distribution, lighting, grounding, conduit systems, cable trays, and equipment arrangements.
• Create single-line diagrams, panel schedules, cable schedules, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop accurate and complete design packages.
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to meet requirements and schedules.
• Incorporate client comments and revisions into drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with industry codes and company drafting practices.
• Maintain high-quality drawings with revision control throughout project phases.
• Contribute technical insights on electrical system complexities and improvements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Designer to join our expanding team. This is an on-site position based in Pittsburgh, PA. Regular in-office attendance is required, and remote work and relocation assistance are not available for this role. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex industrial projects that significantly impact manufacturing and heavy industry sectors. The position involves developing detailed electrical designs for large-scale industrial facilities, including power distribution, lighting systems, grounding, and conduit layouts. You will lead the creation of comprehensive construction documents that support project success from concept through construction.
