Senior Electrical Designer – Power & Industrial Projects

Are you an experienced Electrical Designer with a passion for power plant and industrial projects? We're partnering with a local team to identify a Sr. Electrical Designer to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Use AutoCAD 3D to create electrical raceway models, design drawings, and circuit routing
• Develop Electrical One-line, Three-line, and Relaying Diagrams
• Plan and execute designs for power plants and industrial applications
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-discipline teams
• Ensure designs meet industry codes, safety standards, and project requirements
• Analyze reports, drawings, and tests to optimize project outcomes

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Designer
• 5+ years of experience designing power plants
• Expertise in AutoCAD 3D, raceway design, and cable routing
• Strong knowledge of Steam & Gas Turbine Generators, 480V & 4160V Equipment, and Power Plant Transformers
• Proficiency in Excel and electrical design calculations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
