Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in the United States is seeking an Engineering Design Lead based in Fenton, MO or fully remote. You will guide a team of engineers and designers delivering electrical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents for complex installations.

Key responsibilities include leading design execution, performing studies, ensuring code compliance, coordinating with field electricians, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or demonstrated success leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers and designers, delivering electrical drawings and 3D models.
• Develop engineering calculations and studies including arc flash, short circuit, and load calculations.
• Provide technical direction and constructability guidance to project teams and field electricians.
