Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for electrical construction in the St. Louis area.

You will lead planning, execution, and financial performance of large electrical projects, coordinating with clients, engineers, and trade partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of NEC, and a track record of delivering complex industrial and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with Accubid; proficiency with Revit, CAD, SKM, ADGI, Navisworks and BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic input with owners and partners to drive project objectives and decisions.
• Serve as overall project leader for large electrical construction projects, delivering on scope, schedule, budget and safety.
• Lead project team coordination between office and field operations.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating input, scope development and value engineering.
• Oversee project planning and execution including staffing, procurement, scheduling and coordination.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Maintain client and partner relationships and act as primary contact for owners and general contractors.
• Provide leadership for project safety and enforce safety programs.
