Job summary

Crctech is seeking an experienced electrical design engineer to provide staff augmentation for SRNS. You will lead engineering analysis, construction support and walkdowns, producing essential outputs like SLDs, EELS, control schematics and sizing calculations.

The role requires a BS inElectrical Engineering or PE, with 10 years in nuclear/chemical process design and strong NEC/IEEE/OSHA knowledge. Proficiency in ETAP and MicroStation is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or current PE registration in Electrical Engineering.
• Ten years of design experience in nuclear or chemical process industries.
• Working knowledge of NEC, IES, NFPA, IEEE and OSHA requirements.
• Experience using ETAP to generate electrical system calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide design engineering staff augmentation support to SRNS.
• Perform engineering analysis, construction support and walkdowns.
• Develop design outputs: single line drawings, electrical equipment lists, control system design and schematics.
• Address grounding, heat tracing, fire detection, short circuit and load flow calculations.
