Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer to lead electrical control projects across North America. Based in Waterville, OH, Etowah, TN, or Littleton, CO, you will manage scope, cost, and schedules while coordinating internal and external teams.

A strong background in control systems and project leadership is essential. The role requires 5+ years in engineering, proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI, and knowledge of NFPA 70E and ANSI B11 safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 5 years in control systems engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and control system engineering capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex projects from planning through training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform power and electrical control systems engineering for projects.
• Prepare and review electrical specifications for equipment and processes.
• Support Corporate Electrical Group in standards and specifications.
• Assist operations with electrical safety initiatives and project execution.
• Coordinate suppliers/contractors, oversee commissioning and training.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables; travel 40–60%.
