Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer to lead electrical control projects across North America. You will develop, scope, justify, implement, and manage industrial electrical and control system projects at JM manufacturing facilities.

This role requires regular travel 40-60% and offers a base pay range with eligibility for incentives, based in Waterville, OH or other JM sites in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in control systems engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with electrical control systems engineering capabilities and project management.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI applications and enterprise/control networked systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical controls engineering for manufacturing projects from concept through start-up.
• Review and implement corporate specifications and standards; ensure compliance with technical specs and contracts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and deliverables; coordinate internal and external resources; provide progress updates.
