Job summary

The role involves planning and coordinating construction activities to meet project schedule and budget goals, with on-site responsibilities and interfacing with client and engineering teams. On-site position with travel as needed; per diem and company truck provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant construction / maintenance experience.
• Must be familiar with construction prints/drawings.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety oversight to ensure compliance with safety procedures at the job site.
• Participate in pre-construction planning, reviews, and constructability checks.
• Inspect construction work and resolve RFIs with client project manager and engineering.
• Identify field-purchased material needs and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare Daily Log Reports tracking progress, deficiencies, safety incidents, and compliance.
• Maintain redline drawings, perform weekly safety audits, and verify scope changes.
