Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance. You will provide leadership to Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors, coordinating with Project Managers, Safety, QA/QC, and customers to deliver successful turnovers.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or construction management coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily field operations for electrical construction projects.
• Lead field workforce planning, manpower coordination, and crew assignments.
• Supervise Foremen and field personnel to ensure productivity, workmanship, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate project execution with Project Managers, General Contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and scope requirements with field teams.
• Monitor labor productivity, installed quantities, project milestones, and schedule progress.
• Assist with project planning including sequencing, staffing forecasts, and site logistics coordination.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Conduct field meetings, toolbox talks, and operational coordination meetings.
• Support material management activities including delivery coordination, inventory monitoring, and procurement communication.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, constructability concerns, and workflow disruptions.
• Maintain project documentation including manpower reports, daily reports, incident reporting, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities, commissioning support, and turnover requirements.
• Mentor Foremen and developing field leaders within the organization.
• Support quality assurance and quality control initiatives across assigned work areas.
• Assist leadership with project staffing recommendations and workforce development planning.
