Job summary

SE&M Constructors, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee all electrical construction activities on assigned projects. You will lead crews, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met on site.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license, 4+ years of progressive electrical construction experience, and strong knowledge of NEC and local codes. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license is required; Master Electrician preferred where applicable.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive electrical construction experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily/long-term operations to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Review plans and contracts to ensure proper execution of work.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and other trades to resolve issues.
• Mentor foremen and field personnel to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local codes; conduct site inspections.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and costs; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in hiring, workforce planning, and performance evaluations.
