Job summary

SE&M Constructors, LLC seeks an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage foremen and field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with NEC/OSHA regulations while aligning with budget and schedule constraints. Experience leading multi-site teams and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license required; Master Electrician preferred where applicable.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive electrical construction experience including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities and supervise crews to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily and long-term operations to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions for delays, quality concerns, or resource constraints.
• Ensure NEC/OSHA compliance and local requirements across sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and safety.
