Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee daily field crews on electrical projects. You will guide crews to meet budgets and schedules while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Build strong client and vendor relationships and maintain a productive workforce. The role requires a 7+ year General Foreman background with an electrical apprenticeship, OSHA 30, CPR, and strong planning/scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a General Foreman in electrical construction.
• 4 years of completed electrical apprenticeship program.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cost control experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and contract documents.
• Excellent communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises field crew and subs, determines construction methods and staffing.
• Coordinates with crafts, departments and other contractors.
• Liaises with engineering, estimating and planning to ensure drawings and schedule compliance.
• Maintains relationships with materials control, purchasing and QA to support schedule.
• Monitors safety program compliance and implements corrective actions.
• Travels as needed and oversees multi-craft coordination.
