Job summary

LEED ELECTRIC, INC. is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Huntington Beach, California. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules while leading a team of project managers and engineers.

Candidates must have at least ten years of construction management experience, preferably in the electrical sector, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A competitive salary range of $165,000 – $185,000 annually is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Californian Driver’s License and OSHA 10 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to complete multiple projects.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders for projects.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets.
