Job summary

Human Resources, Inc. (HRI) partners with an established electrical contractor in Skagit Valley to recruit an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager for Mount Vernon, WA.

This full-time, direct-hire role oversees a portfolio of commercial and public works electrical projects from handoff to closeout, driving financial and operational success. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with deep knowledge of electrical construction, project financials, contract

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial or public works electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Experience with construction contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage job costs, financial projections, and project profitability.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Washington State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
• Partner with field foremen to support efficient project execution and resolve challenges.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoffs, procurement, permitting, inspections, and closeout activities.
