Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Electrical division to drive project success across multiple sites. You will oversee financial performance, scheduling, change orders, and vendor coordination while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in commercial electrical work, a track record of managing up to $10M projects, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Relocation is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager for commercial electrical work
• Experience managing electrical construction projects up to $10M
• Experience preparing take-offs and estimates for change orders
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financials for projects: costs, revenue, margin, and forecasts.
• Prepare and manage change orders and estimates, negotiate with customers.
• Coordinate with GC schedules and vendor/subcontractor scopes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Adhere to documented processes and drive continuous improvement.
