Jobot in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle electrical construction projects. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, quality and safety alignment across complex industrial systems.

This hands-on role requires deep technical knowledge and strong leadership. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in electrical construction project management, superior blueprint reading skills, and a proven track record of coordinating

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing electrical construction projects (heavy industrial, wastewater, oil & gas, or chemical environments).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and control diagrams.
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across trades and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Oversee safety, schedule, and quality standards on job sites.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Review electrical plans to ensure installations meet specs and code.
• Support field crews with input from Master Electrician as needed.
• Handle RFI submittals, change orders, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, vendors, and internal teams.
