Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements
• Monitor budgets, schedules, project costs, and profitability
• Lead change order management and risk assessment activities
• Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and subcontractors
• Review and submit payment applications, submittals, RFIs, change requests, and closeout documents
• Attend project meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure project financials are accurate and up to date
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence on every project
• Partner with field leadership to successfully execute projects
• Identify opportunities for additional business and future work
