Responsibilities

• Manage project site safety using the site superintendent team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding client needs.
• Lead the Project Management Team in executing the Project Management Plan.
• Implement and enforce change control over project scope and budget.
• Track risks and ensure corrective action plans are executed until project closure.
