Job summary

Codale Electric Supply, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple electrical projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and the sales team to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting while maintaining top-tier customer service throughout each phase of the project.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Demonstration of increased responsibilities throughout career.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales on multiple projects to meet deadlines and logistics.
• Proactively pursue problem resolution with Project Managers and installers.
• Ensure reporting is accurate and goals are met.
• Maintain highest standards of customer service.
• Process orders for job-specific work to meet monthly installation targets.
• Deliver proactive customer service and care for projects.
• Manage warranties and replacements for jobs.
• Oversee Cost of Goods Sold for each project.
• Navigate the project management database to track progress.
