Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects in El Paso, TX. You will oversee staff, manage projects, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of the electrical trades, basic PC and MS Office skills, and experience in estimating. Occasional travel is expected to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years in the electrical trade with 1 year estimating experience.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture and supports employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Identifies and generates new business; builds customer relationships.
• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects; ensures quality and safety.
