Job summary

Build Talent LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction project management.
• Background working for an electrical contractor required.
• Experience with healthcare, data centers, education, or large commercial projects desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement and project performance.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and field leadership.
• Lead project meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Monitor financials: cost reporting, forecasting, billing, change orders, profitability.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts and scope to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, POs, material procurement and project docs.
• Maintain safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists and financial reconciliation.
