Job summary

EC Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Pasco, WA to take full responsibility for electrical projects from marketing through closeout and customer follow-up. The role requires a proven track record in managing large, complex programs and strong business development acumen in a growing region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience selling, estimating, and managing multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; or 5 years as Foreman and 10 years as Project Manager if no degree.
• Proven relationships and marketing skills preferred.
• Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Experience managing 100k+ man-hour projects.
• Experience with heavy power distribution, instrumentation, and system integration.
• Strong QA/QC and contract management skills.
• Ability to perform detailed take-offs and estimating for electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Project Managers across several projects.
• Manage up to $30 million electrical construction projects.
• Make decisions on project cost, time, and performance.
• Oversee project planning, execution, cost tracking, and closeout.
• Provide monthly status and percent complete reports.
• Monitor on-site progress to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Liaise with owners and contacts to facilitate activities.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Cross-sell integrated solutions.
• Support a safe, injury-free work environment.
