Job summary

EC Electric seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end electrical construction programs, from marketing through closeout and customer follow-up. You will supervise several Project Managers and manage up to $30M in projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relations.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in industrial construction or advanced tech projects, with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Excellent leadership and cost control are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years’ construction project experience; or equivalent experience on large projects.
• Strong relationship-building and marketing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Project Managers managing multiple projects.
• Manage up to $30 million electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Make decisions on project cost, time and performance.
• Plan, execute, track job costs, and close projects.
• Provide monthly status detail and percent complete reports.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Support cross-selling of integrated company solutions.
• Promote an injury-free work environment and safety culture.
