Job summary

EC Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Oregon to lead complex electrical construction efforts from bidding through closeout. You will supervise Project Managers, manage multi-million-dollar projects, and drive cost, schedule, and performance decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 15+ years in selling, estimating, and managing large projects. Expect strong leadership and risk management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million dollar projects.
• Proven knowledge of heavy-power distribution, instrumentation, and process control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Project Managers across several projects.
• Manage up to $30 million electrical construction projects or multiple large projects.
• Decisions on project cost, schedule and performance.
• Accountability for planning, execution, and job cost tracking and closure.
• Provide monthly status reports and percent complete.
• Direct on-site foremen to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Liaise with owners, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Drive cross-selling of integrated company solutions and safety culture.
