Job summary

PPC Partners Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the hub between Project Managers, Field Technicians, and Superintendents, ensuring electrical construction projects run efficiently and align with company standards.

You will coordinate permits, track materials and timelines, and assist with submittals, cost control, and closeout documents. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related
• Prior experience in contracting, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity are essential

Responsibilities

• Obtain printing plans, specifications, and addendums for estimating and active jobs
• Coordinate permits, inspections, digger's hotline tickets, and other site-related needs
• Track job activity including materials, resources, equipment, and timelines
• Prepare billing, change orders, and final invoices
• Assist with close out documents and presentations
