Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Prior contracting/engineering/construction management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits, inspections, digger's hotline tickets, and other site-related needs.
• Track job activity including materials, resources, equipment, and timelines.
• Prepare billing, change orders, and final invoices per contract requirements.
• Assist with estimating tasks and bid package preparation.
• Maintain organized documentation of active and archived projects.
