PPC Partners Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to ensure safe, profitable, and efficient execution of electrical construction projects. You’ll lead safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales growth while managing project accounts and developing valuable client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement to help achieve company goals and deliver high-quality results across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in electrical construction preferred.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute and deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope.
• Develop project charters and project plans.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across branches and departments.
• Achieve budgeted net profit targets.
• Manage billing and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Drive continuous process improvement and field productivity.
• Forecast weekly goals and adjust factors for efficiency.
• Share manpower and tools across teams.
