Job summary

H&T Electrical Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and financial performance of complex commercial and light industrial electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and profitability.

You will mentor project managers and field leaders, drive standardization of processes, manage contracts, budgets, schedules, WIP reports, and change orders; implement Procore; collaborate with estimating; and maintain strong client relationships across Northwest

Qualifications

• 4+ years electrical project management on commercial/light industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience mentoring project staff.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Lead implementation and training of Procore across project teams.
• Develop budgets for each project and organize tasks in a project plan.
• Develop baseline schedules with labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract time.
• Provide a Schedule of Values and ensure accurate billings and job-cost projections.
• Complete WIP reports and monitor job costs weekly.
