Job summary

Superior in Conesville, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and field coordination with the Superintendent and Foremen, ensuring timely completion and safe operations on site.

Required 8+ years in project operations on commercial construction, with bonus experience in design-build and $50M+ projects. Relocation support is available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Operations experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or related field; a Construction Management certificate; or equivalent field experience.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Operations team members and provide clear communication to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate and manage project risk; elevate concerns and solutions quickly to leadership.
• Maintain and grow client trust through communication, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Oversee project finance: billings, setup, buy-out, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings with customers; plan and review progress.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure materials are available as needed.
• Own full contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of safety on the jobsite.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or related field; Construction Management certificate; or equivalent experience

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
