Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead electrical backbone projects from substations to BESS and data-center power systems. You will own schedules, budgets, and safety on site, coordinating with engineers, contractors, utilities, and internal teams to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure for AI-scale compute.

The role emphasizes field leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, high-hazard environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably on electrical, industrial, data-center, substation, or energy-storage projects.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of electrical construction projects with on-time and under-budget results.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, contractor performance, safety, quality, and coordination across trades.
• Develop and manage budgets based on preliminary scope; track actuals vs. forecast.
