Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10 years of construction PM experience, or 5 years as Electrical Foreman plus 10 years as PM; salary ranges from $135,000 to $200,000 with a discretionary year‑end bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of construction PM experience.
• Proven track record in multi-million dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Project Managers on multiple projects.
• Manage up to $30 million electrical construction projects.
• Control project cost, time and performance.
• Prepare monthly status detail and percent complete reports.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion and safety compliance.
