Job summary
Pfister Energy seeks Electricians with 2+ years of commercial electrical experience to install, wire, and commission solar PV and related systems. The role involves field work at multiple sites across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey with regular travel to project sites and occasional travel to surrounding states.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial electrical experience is required.
- Experience with conduit and cable tray installation in commercial environments.
- Ability to read and execute work from electrical drawings.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work outdoors at heights.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test electrical systems for commercial solar PV projects.
- Perform DC and AC wiring, including combiner boxes, inverters, disconnects, and service equipment.
- Install and support conduit and cable tray systems and read drawings.
- Ensure NEC and local code compliance; follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with crews, project management, and utilities; support testing and commissioning.
