Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on assigned projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The role requires coordinating foremen, subcontractors, and field staff to deliver quality work.

The ideal candidate will manage plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts while maintaining strong client relationships and a proactive safety culture. This pivotal role supports SE&M team objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license required; Master license preferred where applicable.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive electrical construction supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of electrical construction activities on projects.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily and long-term project operations within budget.
• Review plans, specs, drawings, and contracts for proper execution.
• Ensure NEC/OSHA compliance and local code adherence on site.
• Mentor foremen and field personnel and participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Maintain project schedules, manpower forecasts, and budgets with project managers.
• Ensure procurement of materials, tools, and equipment in a timely manner.
