Job summary

Lennox is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Manager for Electrical Components to join our Controls Strategic Sourcing team in Richardson, Texas. This role requires extensive experience in sourcing or procurement of electrical components, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the electronic distributor market. The compensation ranges from $116,000 to $152,250 annually, along with various benefits including medical insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement with electrical components.
• Strong understanding of the electronic distributor market and supply chain.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional commodity team and work across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for electrical components.
