Job summary

Lennox in Richardson, TX seeks a Senior Manager to lead Sourcing Systems, Data Governance and Process Excellence. You will bridge Sourcing, IT and Data/Analytics to own the roadmap, enable data integrity, and embed AI-enabled insights into procurement workflows.

The role focuses on system ownership, data quality, governance standards, and cross-functional collaboration to improve cycle times, compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement with strong exposure to digital tools and data analytics.
• Proven experience working closely with IT teams on system implementations or enhancements.
• Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics tools in a procurement or supply chain context.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing technology & systems ownership and roadmap.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks for sourcing and supplier data.
• Map, standardize, and optimize sourcing processes across categories and regions.
• Define and execute a roadmap to integrate AI/ML-driven insights into sourcing workflows.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sourcing, IT, Finance, and Data/Analytics.
