Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Electrical Component Engineer to lead electrical parts engineering tasks, evaluate new technologies, and partner with design, manufacturing, and procurement teams.

You will analyze part qualification, support tests, and develop technical reports while maintaining awareness of security requirements. Willing to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance; US citizenship required. BS in Engineering with advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Formal coursework or experience in electrical parts design and analysis.
• Knowledge of EEE parts materials, processes, and failure analysis.
• Experience reviewing drawings and specifications for hardware.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in EEE parts engineering tasks for hardware design, manufacture and test.
• Support part qualification, testing and failure analysis activities.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
